Amalia Mariotti founded Amagency in Milan in 2020 with one aim: to bring a professional, strategic approach to influencer marketing, shaped around each brand and each creator. Today she leads the agency as CEO.

The agency has two divisions that work together: Amagency Talent Management, which represents and grows creators on Instagram and TikTok, and Amagency Digital Marketing, which plans and runs social campaigns for brands. That means one team takes a project from first idea to final report.
