Amagency Talent Management represents authentic influencers and content creators on Instagram and TikTok and manages every brand collaboration they take on. We choose them for their ability to build a genuine connection with their community. Creators get a dedicated talent manager and the contractual protection of an in-house legal team; brands get direct access to the roster and, when they need profiles or regions the roster doesn’t cover, to the “Friends of AMA” creator network.

Joining the Amagency roster means having a dedicated talent manager who reviews brand offers, negotiates terms and fees, keeps on top of contracts and deadlines and works with you on your personal brand, one collaboration at a time. Contracts, image rights and payments all go through our in-house legal and finance teams.

### How to join the roster

1. **Apply**: Fill in the form with your social profiles and tell us about the content you create.
2. **Meet**: If your profile is a good fit for the roster, we’ll get in touch to meet and talk about your goals and expectations.
3. **Proposal**: We send you a written representation proposal setting out the terms of working together.

### Terms

We agree the terms with you, based on your profile. Here’s how we work.

- **Exclusivity**: Exclusivity and the scope of representation are agreed when we meet, based on your profile.
- **Term**: How long the agreement runs is agreed when we meet and set out in the contract.
- **Commission**: The agency takes a commission on the collaborations it manages, made clear to you before you sign.
- **Payments**: Every payment is tracked and accounted for, collaboration by collaboration.
- **Contracts**: Every collaboration is covered by a written agreement, checked in-house before you sign: fee, usage rights, exclusivity and timings.

### What does a talent manager do?

A talent manager is the creator’s point of contact with brands: they assess and seek out offers that suit the creator’s profile, negotiate fees and terms, handle contracts, deadlines and payments, and coordinate content delivery. They also work on the creator’s personal brand – positioning and editorial direction – so the talent can focus on being creative.

### How do I join the Amagency roster?

Fill in the “Apply as a creator” form on our Contact page (amagency.eu/en/contacts/#candidatura) with a link to your main profile and a short introduction. The team reviews every application on authenticity, content quality and community engagement.

### How can I work with one of Amagency’s talent?

Open the talent’s profile at amagency.eu/en/talent/ and click “Request a quote”: the form opens with that talent already selected. Tell us your goal, platforms and timings, and the talent manager will send you a proposal with activities, timings and terms.

### What is Friends of AMA?

It’s the network of creators who work with Amagency without being on the roster. We bring it in when a campaign needs profiles, volume or regional reach that the roster doesn’t cover: the brand gets a wider choice while keeping a single point of contact, and every creator is coordinated the same way as the talent on our roster.
